Chefmaster Oil Candy Colour Collection

Chefmaster Candy Color which is an oil based food coloring that can be used to color light to mid colored chocolate, candy melts or candy coating confection. The range includes Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Green, Black, Violet & Pink. It won't seize up your chocolate like a water based dye would!

TIPS: This is a oil based candy coloring, which is different from our soft gel paste food colorings that cannot be used in chocolate without Flo-Coat. Oil based coloring is made specifically for chocolate or candy coating. Add the dye a few drops at a time until you get the color you are looking for. Too much coloring can give the candy a bitter taste and can also color your teeth. When adding color, the candy may thicken and paramount crystals may need to be added.
