Limoncello - A strong limoncello flavour profile with a punch in flavour - this is the most popular cake and/or buttercream flavour that leaves our kitchen year on year. This Flavour will give you all the taste without the high alcohol hit.

Strawberry Jam - This is Monica's signature scent in her More Spirit, More Hard n Sticky Edible Glues, More Curl and More Moist - as customers were using More Spirit to flavour their buttercream, it was time to make it into a proper flavour!

Toffee Brulee - Now is here is flavour that heedy and caramelised, just like eating the torched sugar on top of your creme brulee's! Totally finger licking fabulous! And the scent is mouth watering!

Coconut Bliss - an ode to Monica's bestie as Coconut is her fav, this one was hard to lock down to get the right flavouring. Think Malibu on steroids! Monica even adds this one to coconut macarons, coconut cake and ganache to enhance the flavours even more!

Raspberry Sorbet - not your usual raspberry flavoring, more of a sorbet finish and similar to an Allen's raspberry gummy lolly. We really struggled with this one, and searched the world over for Raspberry that didn't taste like cough medicine and this is the closest we came to Raspberry flavouring that didn't make us twitch (You know exactly what we mean here!) The marshmallows we made were hard to put down with this one!
